Delivery Terms
 
Your orders Delivered in Italy:

- If the order is transmitted within 12:00am(italian time), delivery is garanted whitin the day. 
- After 12:00 am the delivery is garanteed  for the following day.



            
          

Your orders Delivered out of Italy:  

- For the deliveries in 
Europe, you have to order  24 hours before the date of delivery, 
you have to order  before 48 hours for the extraeuropean countries.
 

                 
       

Your General orders :

- To be able to offer a perfect service either for the transmission in 

Italy that abroad, 
   obligatory we need all the correct informations about the recipient: name and last 
   name, complete address with civic number, the post code , city of delivery and 
   telephone number of the recipient.    

- Specify the delivery time only for deliveries of funeral homages and weddings
 
- The prices of the homages can vary during the following days:

- The price of the order is all inclusive! it will be recived by the Zenoflor through credit card 
  
 
CLAIMS
It is  possible to  claims within 1 week from the date of delivery. Such claims will be turned edited by Zenoflor to the florist  that is the one responsible of the homage's nature
